are helicopter crashes spawning more often now?

lately while I've been day z me and my friend taco have been bumping into more and more helicopter crash sites just racking up on the high tier weapons, I'm all for the high tier loot but are these just becoming a common site in day z,

PS: does anyone actually know for sure if you can find night vision goggles on pilot zombies I heard a while ago but no luck,

Maybe you're just on servers that are restarting regularly.

it's most likely RNG messing with your mind. i found 3 crashes within 500 meters the other day though. spent the last week out north raiding tents and looking for sites and i don't remember ever finding NVGs off a pilot. found them on the ground by the chopper though. maybe it was spawned there, maybe someone dropped them there.

Ive found them once on heli crash pilot. Ive found them twice on military Zombies at Deer stands.

hmm the server I'm on does restart every 24 hrs maybe its that but I've stumbled upon 3 now in about 7 hours...

thank you MR. buffjesus that actually answered another question of mine, so if they spawn in groups of 2-6 I gotta start looking for more chopper crashes,
