Apparently if you get the British armed forces DLC your bandits/survivors will look better and have different skins, i was wondering if this is true ?

As far as i know. The PMC and BAF DLC, makes camo and ghillie suits look better...not the hero/bandit skin.

The PMC and BAF DLC will give you high res textures yes.
