Finding a No-Private owned server.

I have tried finding a good norwegian server, but it seems like the private owned servers all resett every now and then and end up resetting everything. Tent`s are gone cars are back in place with same old repair needed.

I have found some game communities that run servers in norway but they all play on gmt +1 so when you come home from work you have 1-2 hours and it`s total blackness on the server. Don``t get me wrong darkness can be fun and has it`s own charm, but it would be fun to see a little bit of Cherno aswell :)

So anyone know about a good norwegian server that is not private owned ?
