I was riding crew chief in a helicopter when my friend who was piloting tried to do some "cool move" or something and we crashed. I survived but I was passed out and bleeding, my friend also survived and bandaged me. Problem is, I never wake up. I let the timer run out but I am still passed out, tried reconnecting, tried different servers but I am passed out without any chance of waking up. My friend is not online so he can't come and kill me.

try connecting to an older DayZ version, that would put you back at the coast, no idea if it would keep your gear

No, it's on every server I join.

I can't get the exact coordinates but it is a bit north west of Pobeda Dam, close to the edge of the map.
