HELP!! Error: "The Handle is Invalid"

Please help me! Whenever I launch Dayz, I keep getting this error that says" The handle is invalid and then it doesnt load. Please help!

are you using Overwolf on teamspeak if so disable it as it causes issues with the arma beta patches 

 

if this is not the case please try installing a newer beta patch http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php
