Question about when the motorcycle spawns.

When you find a bicycle that is at its spawn, it is always in mint condition and the parts of the bicycle regenerate if damaged.

Now, when you find a motorcycle, is it in mint condition like its little brother or must you find the two wheels, fueltank part, scrapmetal and engine part?
