Any bandit group/clan to mount with?

I'm looking for some kind of bandit group, preferably a tactical clan without non-sensible running in a middle of the town like a headless chicken. I'm capable to write English fairly good, but verbal speaking is my weak point and I hope it won't interrupt our gameplay.
