Why is this happening?

So im running just fine and i hit balota airfield and all the graphics start going crazy i still can move and stuff bt when i go close to the base the graphics get all distorted and i cant see anything bc its just a jumbled mess but if i move away its fine. till i got further down road near a tree stand started to do it again.

That would be artifacts from Dead soldier bodies and barbed wire. It will be fixed sooner or later

When this happens hit shift minus(num pad)and then type flush. This should clear the artifacts. Seems to work most of the time for me. However sometimes it will not.

Yes, using the "flush" way works. It works the first time I do it on a server. Because then if I end up in another place with artifacts I can't get rid of the artifacts with flush. Hope it works for you.
