How do you get on the roof of the International Hotel??

I saw a helicopter parked on the roof of the international hotel, but could find no way to climb up to the roof, there is one ladder but it doesn't allow me to climb it.

Is the only way up there via helicopter? I have seen a lot of screenshots of people sniping from the roof and was wondering if you can get up there without a heli?

You cant actually teleport directly up there. You end up inside the building.

everyone is right..you need a heli. Me and my friend did it on saturday. We dropped in on the hotel and sniped all day. It is totally possible..and yes...hackers also script themselves up there. But we flew in B)
