Problem repairing V3S

I found a V3S in the quarry (solnichny), I checked its inventory and I found 2 wheels. I tried to repair missing wheels but nothing happens and I lost both wheels. What should I do for repair correctly those wheels?

The V3S is fucked, you need to do opposite wheels [as in if you want left middle you have to repair right middle].

I think. someone correct me, if I'm wrong.
