Do they have enterable buildings that zombies don't spawn in/near?

I've tried googling it, but came with nothing.

It's pretty self-explanatory, because every dang farm-house or shed I find, there's atleast 10 zombies spawning nearby, a safehouse would be neat.

Not that I know of, because every building in which you can enter spawns loot, and every place that spawns loot spawns zombies.

For a "safehouse" I find a secluded, tree-covered forest area and set up lots of tents to hold my items.

This is actually slightly erroneous. There is ONE place on the map I've found that spawns loot and NOT zombies.

Kustryk Mountain, just northeast of Kozlovka. There is an outhouse in the middle of the woods. Answers the question "Does a bear shit in the woods?" eh? Anyway, it's just an outhouse, can spawn loot (Found a makarov there once), and no zombies spawn there.
