What the hell is wrong with this server?

Last night we were playing on the server us 1687.

Today, the server doesn't come up in the server list when filtered and can only be accessed by using the IP to find it. [216.244.93.98:2302]

When found, it shows up like this [screenshot attached].

Any help to why it is like this?

How ironical that it has "WIN" in the server name.

But honestly I think it's a server glitch. If you know the hosting company contact them, or just find another server to play on.
