So today i had helped a guy with broken legs, and gave him some blood and a gun. I also gave him a motocyle that I had made but didn't need. Right after all of that he shot me in the back of the head. #DayZ Logic

Find a couple people to play with and voice chat through Skype. Gain their trust. It's the only way.
