Personally when I play this game I don't encounter hackers, assholes, glitches(ones that kill), or extremely false luck.

Anyone else fresh like me? I usually just go east hit the north coast hit the airfield go south east than east again and never encounter anything bad.

I used to think like this, till I didn't. It's just one of those things that for as long your not fucked by, doesn't seem like a big problem. Issues are there though and I sympathies with people affected by them.
