I'm guessing you're referring to the hill about 800 meters from Elektro. This hill is typically crawling with bandits on most high population servers. Points of interest include the three pine trees near the edge of the forest.

Sniper hill as in the hill directly northeast out of Elektro by the powerplant? If so you can usually expect a murderer with a dmr/m107/as50 camping around the northwest treelined area or the fence. When you attempt to kill him you can most likely expect an alt-f4 or the off-chance you'll kill him and acquire his duped weapon. Have fun.
