Fixing artifacts for Intel HD?

Anybody know of a way? Or do I have to wait for them to just remove the damn dead bodies =_=

Have you tried flushing yet? If not, hold down Shift+numpad - and type FLUSH on the keyboard. You can also try turning VSync off and on again.

Did both, no dice.

Try completely shutting off DayZ when you see the artifacting, this should get rid of them in your immediate area
