To the guy who said it is allowed to have hacked weapons, it is not allowed, just not policed, simply because it is nearly impossible.

Show me an official post - not a post by someone that isn't a dev - stating it is not allowed to hold a hacked weapon or wear hacked gear.

From what I have read from Rocket it isn't policed and I believe that is because it is almost impossible to keep 1,000,000+ people in the know with what is legit and what isn't.

This rumour has no basis to it whatsoever.

Using a hacked vehicle/weapon will identify you during database analysis, and your character may receive special logging attention in the database, but you will not receive a ban without creating them yourself.

Still haven't seen a post stating it isn't allowed to have them, have you?
