If I leave one server and join another, will I keep my weapons I had on the previous server? Thank you.

Yup. However, if you place a tent, it will only stay on the server you place it on. Same goes for cars and helicopters. But anything in your inventory or backpack will transfer with you between servers.

EDIT: Also, check out that search function and read those sticky threads, keeps the forums from getting all cluttered. :)
