When I spawn near cherno-elektro, instead of going to town, i hike up that huge mountain in front of golova cap. There is ALWAYS a camp there. Sometimes only one tent, sometimes, seriously, over twenty. I don't know if people think they're clever to set up camp there, but its a great place to steal shit.
