I love that people are still QQ'n about the PVP in this game. It never fails. You don't even know what you are complaining about. Without us there would be no game. You would be playing a horrible mod with no real goal.

The fact that there is open world PVP and you can get murdered at anytime is what makes this game, what it is. The concept is there for more, but as it stands now (AI broken, no real goals, buggy, hackers) what is the point, other than to go and rape in Cherno or Electro?

I did the whole run up north and get good gear, thing. It gets boring and almost always assuredly ends up with you going to one of the major towns and just raping till you get killed yourself.

The only reason most of you bitch is because you can't stay alive long enough to get a good run going.

When you get a dozen kills in a matter of a couple hours. Basically, rolling through town like you own it (because you do) it is a real awesome feeling. You can pick and choose, who lives and who dies. It is, what it is.

While I still think it is lame to shoot on site (especially unarmed folks), I do not ignore the fact that PvP is what makes the game, without it it would not be what it is. The constant sense of someones sites on your head, and gunfire in the distance brings up the intensity.

With that in mind, If the COD features were dropped it would be more balanced. Being able to respawn and regear right away makes in more like FPS than permadeath. Right now you do not really lose anything you cannot reaquire in a short amount of time. If there was a server lockout of say 12-24 hours after you died, as well as fixes for combat logging and a log out timer, the game would be a lot better.

You said it yourself, Shooting on sight is the best way to survive, it always will be, and as I said, morals mean nothing anyway. Morality would be short lived during an apocalypse, because those with them get killed by those without. Who survives longest? The ones willing to do more than the other guys. So murderers and bandits will always be more common in this type of situation. You can have morals and survive, but you better be sure you don't trust anyone else, because chances are they will kill you, either for fear of their own life, or to grab a bit more loot and survive longer that way.

Do you honestly think morals mean much? Do you think everyone in Nazi Germany believed the same as Hitler? No of course not, that didn't stop them from killing other people though, because if they didn't they would have been killed themselves. Willingness to survive will trump morals 9 times out of 10, that is the true Human Nature.

Load of crap. In a situation of a catastrophe or other harsh situations people bunch up and help each other out instead of ripping each other to shreds. That's human nature.

Nazis had no choice, it was either follow orders or die. Nobody is forcing you to kill everyone on sight or even hunt people. Stupid example.

And let's say everyone shot everyone just for fun and not out of fear of getting shot first. Yeah nobody cares about the feelings of the other person, it's in our nature.

Give alot of people guns and tell the to survive, this is what happens. It's meant to be a harsh and unfair game.

You may not feel bad for "killing pixels" but this argument is fallacious at best. There's a player behind the "pixels" that has spent a good deal of time getting where he is, collecting his gear and has made plans for his immediate or long term future so if u don't give a shit about that - it makes u an asshole as well.

I don't care about your pixels. Like I said to the other guy it's a game how am I hurting you? You can just turn it off. It's voluntary. You have something I want or you're a threat to me in game? Well, you're dead. I don't care that it makes you sad. There is no morality in virtual world unless you treat the game as if it was your life.

Everybody needs to stop shitting themselves when they see other players or should we get ur mothers to sit with you and hold ur hands until you can become a decent member of society instead of a selfish prick?

Conclusion: You want morality? Then you need to add it to the game. People don't feel bad about other people's lost pixels. So don't count on people's personal morality.
