Standalone "survivor mode"?

For the standalone game, what do you guys think about being able to select a mode where players cant kill other players (survivor mode). Like a massive effort to kill all zombies on the map? There would have to be thousands of zombies on the map of course. Kinda like it would it be in real life, at least 1,000- 3,000 zombies on a given map. maybe limit the players allowed on a single server? 10-15 tops? The end game would be to erradicate the infection.

Kinda like it would it be in real life. You could also limit the amount of guns spawned, and only spawn ammo after being picked up (lots of ammo).

The idea i DO like is perhaps to have servers that spawn all loot once and once only. Everything would be finite. Nothing respawns, except the zombies.

Everyone would start at the same time (all 50 players), completely freshly spawned, with nothing but starting gear.

Can you imagine the long distance race to the NW airfield?

How long would it take before the ammo runs out and eveyone is running around with hatchets and crowbars? Would there still be banditry?
