Is there any way to get high res textures without buying DCLs? Would be possible to just download them in form of few files? - Excuse my ignorance, I have no idea about textures in games. :)

Yeah you gotta buy dat DLC I think. However there might be a workaround...

There's a texture mod but I don't think you'll be able to use it.
