CoolCain10 55 Posted August 22, 2012 So far I've had 5 hero skins from healing people in cherno/elektro and when I approach somebody and say on vlop "Don't shoot i'm friendly I can give you a blood transfusion" Then I head to them and they fire there gun into me and for that I'm being a bandit as bandits kill me less than survivors do Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Othra 7 Posted August 22, 2012 Environments change your perspective on things quite a bit once you realize that you are playing with people that believe they are better off alone with one can of beans and a lee enfield then with a group of friendlies with fully automatic weapons and vehicles. McLovinCR 29 Posted August 22, 2012 (edited) I feel you, bro.If i encountered a hero in my path i will be more inclined to team up with him or just do a trade and everyone keeps on their path.But I'm starting to be more cautious around survivors and ofc, bandits. No one seems to want to group up or understand that there's safety in numbers.I have no choice now but kill everyone unless they first say they are friendly and prove they are.I would suggest not running up to the survivor right after you say you're friendly. You want to make sure they heard you and you don't want to startle them.If you came to me and said that, I would've told you to stop where you were until I asked a few questions or I would've shot you too.No offense and I appreciate you trying to help, but it's a dog-eat-dog world out there. Torke 4 Posted August 22, 2012 They try to kill because: -they know you will not shoot on sight so they can get adventage of getting closer-they think you have awesome gear on you-they are sure you will not fight back and lose your hard earned humanity pointsSome survivors are far more aggresive than bandits. Enrico (DayZ) 6 Posted August 22, 2012 Heh, some survivor ran up to me like that once saying,"Friendly, friendly! Do you need any medical stuff? Blood? Morphine?" Since I did have low blood (like, 7000 or something around there), I decided to give it a go and instead of running, I told him I was friendly and needed a blood transfusion. He came up and shot me in the head. :PThat happens enough, and you start getting jaded. Although, you'd think the hero skin would help out a bit... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
