Question about hackers and servers

Not a rant, just a general question. My clan and I are trying to settle on a few servers. We've had tons of glitches, but only a few hackers. We've been playing on two successfully without much incidence for the past couple of weeks. However, tonight, we got hit by two different hackers within a three hour span of time, both on the same server. I know that hacking is fairly prevalent, but do you find that the hacking is completely random, or do you find that some servers get hit more often than others? We were going to make this server our main server, but now we're not so sure....

Random AND some get hit more than others.

Stay out from the more populated servers, as that's where the hackers get the most fun out of.

Servers with 40-50 people on get hit pretty hard, more people to mess with, bigger shitstorm.

Servers with 20 or so people almost never get hit because there's really nothing much to do, so, if I was looking to set up a base or find a regular server to play with my bros, I'd find a low pop servers.

It's random, however I've noticed that European servers tend to have less blatant hacking. What I mean by that is less nukes, artillery strikes, thunderdome etc. There are still plenty of hacked in weapons like thermal AS50 and people being able to see every player and vehicle on a map though, and you'll still get hit by the occasional "teleport everyone to same place and lolz at dem!" kid. Battleye was never meant for this scale, won't matter what server you're on, there is always the risk of a hacker.

Which is funny that you all say that, because it was a European server with 11 people in (6 my clan) and we got hit by artillery strikes and then by someone who could see exactly where we were (we came back and killed him and he had a car and a crate with 40 copies of every gun, so we know he was a hacker).
