Some servers won't allow it, but battle-eye won't ban you for if that's what your asking, or if your talking about server admins then yes you will probably be banned.

As the others have said, no, you won't get banned but some servers won't let you play.

All it will do is kick you off the instant you join. It's easy enough finding other servers to play on!
