What version beta patch to use to NOT get gfx/spawn/stuck on loading etc bugs?

Seriously, no idea.

Seeing all the bug reports, which version of the beta patch should i go with to NOT get any of those pesky bugs?

Haven't played in a while, still at 1.7.2.4 with an older beta (95417), i'm sadly getting stuck at Loading. So i need to update something.

Honestly you should try updating to the most recent Beta Patch (96061). It seems to be pretty good with server loading times and there may be a fix with the graphical glitch that someone found.
