Forum being very slow for me.

Whenever I try to load a page on the dayz forums, it takes 2-5 minutes for me which is kinda long for just loading a page. I'm only having it on the dayz forums and I have had it for a week right now. I'm using google chrome.

Anyone got an idea whats wrong?

It is overloaded compared to what the server can handle, would be my guess

Nope.

It's always been slow for me too. I hope they sort it out soon.

Sometimes it's like being on a dial up modem waiting for the pages to load. :(

There could be a large amount of people logging in... 'Server overflow' I think it's called?

Honestly I have no clue what i'm saying, but I am experiencing the same thing, but I just rapidly click the links. (3-4 times maybe.)

Yeah, i wouldn't be surprised if the sheer number of new users/people logging in is responsible.

It was faster months ago, but then as i say...there has obv. been a lot of new people join the foums. Overload!

Time to get a bigger forum server DayZ forum staff? :D

The website has paid for a certain amouth of bandwidth.

The more bandwidth the faster it is.

Let say the host paid for enough bandwidth to have 250 people online

but the current amouth of visitors are 1000.

This means it is slow, still works, but slow.

It is the same for everyone ;)

I've a couple tabs open in my browser so I can multi-task while waiting on the forum load time.
