I got hit by an M14 AIM, same damage, same ammo and I went straight to 4k blood. Didn't get a broken bone or pass out.

The M14 is the same as the DMR except for the range, think it has an effective range of 500m versus the DMR's 800m. So the damage drops off even faster for that one than it does for the DMR.

At 550-600m the DMR should still be pretty close to full damange (though not quite) but the M14 would probably suffer a worse hit than that. Just depends on the distance it was fired over.

Broken bones are usually just from leg shots and passing out is optional, even with a full hit from a sniper. Doesn't actually happen as often as one would think.
