2 secondary weapons

Since we carry our secondary on our shoulder, and have two shoulders, we should be able to carry 2 if we choose.

Keep the inventory the same size so you'll have to evenly distribute ammo, but I would like to be able to carry 2 secondary weapons.

It's an extra, what, 5 pounds?
