I had just left Berezhino and was equpied with a Lee Enfiled, Revolver, Czech pack, map and compass, so yeah pretty basic, oh and i was only playing with one friend at the time, long before my clan days!So we left Berezhino and headed west, south west toward Polana and over the rolling hills towards the north of the town i spy a heli crash from the ridge i crept up to, so using my good old Bino's i scout the area and notice zombies, so using my instinct i look to the tree line to the west slightly up the hill and i catch something in my sight.I looked at it for a couple of seconds and noticed it was the barrel of a rifle i had seen, but then it moved slightly, just a little shuffle to the right so i switched to my enfield. Not having rangefinders i could on hazzard a distance and i estimated about 500-600m to the target, i sit for another few seconds making sure i was focused on the target and he wasn't moving.The iron sights makes it difficult to mark my target from that range but i take the chance and pull the trigger, seconds later "Someguy was killed" appeared in the corner of my screen, so i switch to my Bino's again and check my target, all i see is a CZ550 lying on the ground and an arm outstreched from the bush, i nailed him, dropped in one! Nice CZ550 from him, Coyote backpack too and an L85 from the crash site! Happy times! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I won't say the thought hasn't crossed my mind... slowly, softly, whispering sweetly about easy it would be, one or two swings.... but I'm not going there for a while yet. klesh 2423 Posted October 15, 2012 I got my first murder today. I don't know about meeting up in-game though.The Cherno Journo is legit. I met with him today actually, picked him up in my truck, and we did the interview in the spot of my choosing. He then helped me try to find engine parts for another 30 minutes or more. Really nice guy and an interesting project too. You honestly have nothing to worry about with him. :thumbsup: I really look forward to seeing how he recreates my story with the editor and puts it together. He came to the server I wanted (where I happened to have my truck, and met me where I told him to).
