Getting kicked off servers upon joining, cannot play

The title is fairly self explanatory- I join a server, I get "You have been kicked off the server" or something to that end. I can't play, at all. I've tried changing versions of DayZ, patching ARMA2 directly instead of via Steam, and reinstalling BattleEye. Nothing has worked. Somebody, please, help me out here.

I have been able to confirm that it is not BattleEye. I am getting kicked from non-BattleEye servers, as well.

Yeah, still not working. If I join a game fast enough, I can get in, but I'm kicked after a second or so.

Oh, come on, two threads and like five days worth of their existence and not one person has the vaguest idea how to fix this? I can't play DayZ at all.

i have same preoblem if you get an anwser would love to know. i have tried reinstalling and a hundred diffrent servers and used the install guide on this website multiple times.

Fantastic. I've asked on Reddit, as well, and the steps they've recommended (running under beta patch) haven't been fruitful, either.

So, that's two people without the ability to play. Any aid for two unlucky gents?

Have you tried to join a server that had Battleye disabled? If I did that I would just get "You can not play/edit this mission; it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted.cherarus"

I have, and it still didn't work. I was kicked regardless, leading me to believe it's not a case of mistaken cheating but something to do with connection or software.

I also cannot join games. I just got the game, I am able to join a server - load the data or whatever, then i go to the loading screen and finish the load. as soon as i finish i get a quick flash of everyone in the lobby of that server (like it is in the beginning) and then i get kicked back into the multiplayer server search lobby, there is no error message. Idk what to do, I have also reinstalled battleye but that doesnt seem to be the issue...

I could join maybe one in ten servers last night and tonight I get a big ZILCH! Frozen upon login and that's when I can actually log in. Anyone got a clue what's happening please as I have tried everything on these forums.... Or should I just shelve this mod til someone fixes it maybe?

It would seem quite a bit of us are having some game crippling issues, then. Is there anybody that knows of any ways to fix this stuff?

All I can think based on your exhaustive attempts at fixing the issue is that it is some port forwarding issue on your end preventing you from staying connected or prompting a boot from the server. I don't know enough about this kind of thing to propose a solution, but that's what I would look at. Maybe expand your search beyond DayZ and see if this is a problem others have had With AmraII/OA in general. Can you join non-DayZ MP games?

I haven't tried yet, but I have read of similar issues and come to the same conclusion. Verizon has port-forwarding functions integrated into the Fios routers, so it wouldn't be an issue for me to handle as long as somebody could provide which ports need to be forwarded. I mean, instructions would be nice, but I can manage it. I'll attempt to try joining another game.

I'm not sure what that would do, the game was running perfectly fine for me prior to this problem. It started on Thursday, and I've been playing for weeks now.

Alright, so, I HAVE managed to get into a game, except the game hangs on loading and I can't get in to actually play. Running on the latest version of ARMA, ports 2302-2306 forwarded, and v 1.7.

You should try the troubleshooting forum of the game you own, not just the forum for a mod where most peopel cant help you anway.

Well, I figured since DayZ brought back ARMA2 on the Steam charts single handed, and that it's fairly active of a community, this'd be the best place to test it out. And it looks like there's a bunch of other people having the same issue, so it's not exactly isolated...

Same problem, new today.. Been playing for weeks

I had tried re-installing battle eye etc but what worked for me was changing my firewall settings, Id recently installed six launcher and I think that was the problem.

I have same problem. It is supposed to be a problem with battleye though
