Server lag?

I've been experiencing some problems with one of my favorite servers. I've been playing regularly on US 633 for about a week and a half. No hackers, decent amount of players, and everything ran smoothly.

Now the last couple of dayz, Every time I log in I get a TON of lag, Looks like 4 FPS tops. Just wondering if anyone knows what causes this. Is it on my end (other servers run normally) or the server itself? Does it possibly just need a reset?

might be server itself I was getting lag on US 398 last night but the previous 2 nights were fine
