Does loot regenerate?

I'm curious because in about 10 minutes I found a GPS, Remington 870, AKM, Coyote backpack, and PDW at the Balota airfield in a 40 player server. Does loot regenerate? If so, how regularly?

It's about ten minutes but you need to take every piece of loot before any more will respawn, that includes empty tin cans and whiskey bottles

I tested this on my server. It only about 5 minutes. As long as every piece of loot is remove from that spawn point.

5 minutes, but you have to pick up the whole pile of loot then move minimum 30 meters away from it.

The minimum 30 meter thing isn't quite right. We collected everything in a market and we piled it up at the front door, and stuff by the front door respawned after a few mins as well.
