How to lower humanity without...

...killing other players for no reason? I'm currently at 3k humanity after just dying [and losing a 26 day character who had 600 exact zombie kills, 523 headshots, 3 murders and 11 bandit kills RIP </3] an my humanity is slowly rising. Is there any way to lower humanity without killing players? I don't want that silly Hero uniform that one acquires at 5k Humanity. It'll make me stick out too much.
