Yesterday I had a rather interessting incident in DayZ. So here is my little story.

I spawned south of Soliachini or whatever the place is called. Very early on i find a offroad Motorcycle so i race around looking for stuff but then decide to go to the Northeast Airfield.

I get there and can't see any other players. so i check the place out. I find a AKM with 1 clip. But since i only have an axe which also takes up the main weapon slot. I had to drop the AKM whenever i wanted a silent takedown(I only had the tiny starter backpack, so couldn't store the AKM there).

Once i kill the Zombies i realize it was very dumb to drop a weapon in the grass close to the airfield, since everything looks the same.

I run around on the airfield like a retard looking for the gun when i noticed that right next to me there are 2 ghillie suit guys in a ATV observing me. They must have wonderd wtf i was doing, can't belive i didn't even hear the engine sound >.<

They start telling me to get down on the ground and drop my loot. Now im really not taking the game seriously anymore because of all the hackers. So i just do as im told because i know i got nothing of value for them.

But after they have mugged me they must have felt sorry for me or something :D So they start giving me stuff.

I get both a M14 AIM with a shitload of clips, a ghillie suit and the ATV.

So I leave the place in the ATV to look for new supplies since i basically had nothing on me except the weapon and ammo. Not even a backpack.

But i felt quite happy to explore the counteryside with my new ghillie and M14 AIM.

I just love all these freaky little things that can happen in DayZ. This Incident would not had happend if i had been a coward and just Alt+F4.

Time after time I've snuck up on people, layed in my gillie and told them I'd lend a hand. They look, can't find me and quit. -_- if I wanted to kill you I would have done it before I spoke

Yeah all the quitters is probably the biggest problem in DayZ. After the hacking problem ofc.

The entire point of the game is for it to be about survival, it really takes away the joy when people just quit in the battle. Really hope they find a solution to that.
