The problem with all of these solutions is that they all give them exactly what they want, attention. Personally I prefer the much simpler (and less likely to bring child abuse charges down on me), IP ban and ignore them.

IP ban would be just boring. :) But nonetheless, as all of these options assume you know where they live, the ban would be included in all.

And if being dragged through a field of horseshit is the kind of attention they want, I'd be more then happy to oblige. Multiple times.
