I can run arma 2 but not day z

So the title basically says it all, i can run arma 2 and operation firestorm on low quality just fine, but when i try to run say z on low quality its laggy n shit, anybody else have this problem, because a fix would be nice.

I would asssume DayZ is not as optimized as ArmA 2 would be, so if you can only run ArmA 2 on low then it makes sense that you would struggle with DayZ

Nothing from BIS is optimized. Try scenecomplexity=50000 but you may have building in far dissapearing etc.
