Why are things not being logged to scripts.log

It seems that every since I started using razors server monitor script, nothing is logged to my scripts.log file. Razors script does log rotation, but when I look in the log folders the only one that has a scripts log is the oldest folder. All of the other folders only have a console log and a .rpt file.

Also, does anyone know what to put in the createvehicle.txt and remoteexec.txt files to only log cheats? I have them logging pretty much everything and I don't know what is legit and what is a hack.
