Banned from NL36

I got banned from NL36 for picking up a AS50 TWS even tho battleye says u dont get banned for picking up hacked in items.

No one is banned for using non-hack programs (like Fraps, overlays, etc.), picking up or using hacked in-game items, weapons or vehicles, being on a server at the same time as a cheater, or other passive non-cheating activity.

so why was i banned from that 1 server? And how am i suposed to get unbanned?

That's a server ban not a global BE ban. Contact the server admin directly.

Contacted admin and now im unbanned.
