mikyjax 3 Posted May 29, 2012 Hi guys,Probably already in plan, but I think this information is quite too unrealistic to stay.If people want to know if their "prey" is dead.. just walk and check pulse. That will add stress and realism.Mike
c.chris.perry@gmail.com 17 Posted May 29, 2012 It's an ARMA 2 setting set within the difficulty settings. These are set server side. I'm sure there is a way for rocket to suppress/force the setting, but as it stands, it is something easily turned on or off via the server config.

ElemenoP 60 Posted May 29, 2012 This is a server side setting, but I agree that it should go. Adds greatly to the tension, not knowing if he/she bled out or is sitting around the corner waiting for you.EDIT: In fact, all of the server spam should go imo. XY connected, disconnected etc.

Bandit Hunter 29 Posted May 29, 2012 I just ran into a situation earlier where the kill message killed the tension of the battle. During the firefight, the person dropped into what looked exactly like a prone position from where I was. I was prepared to continue the engagement till the message showed otherwise. I agree here, even though it was working to my advantage.
