Two Server IDs on the same IP

So, this server I've been playing on for a while seems to change names every two days or so. With every change of name, the server also seems to change its ID as tent and vehicle positions are shifted, meaning that if I have a tent at position A with the first name and a tent at position B with the second name, the tents (and vehicles) will work accordingly depending on the current name of the server.

Is this a bug or actual admin abuse by using two IDs and switching the server's ID?

They've probably copied the config for the first server, and setup another instance on the same machine but forgot to edit the .cfg...

Just edit the cfg of the copy, remember the port needs to be different or it wont show up
