compass missing in 1.7.2.5?

as the title says: is the compass missing in 1.7.2.5 ? havent found one yet, but 10000000x map & 100000000000000000x watch. i guess its cause your position is shown on the map.

but the compass is very helpfull when you're running and get followed by zeds, you can easily look up your right direction by pressing k without stopping....

so has anyone noticed this too?

Although rare they do exist in 1.7.1.5 :) Supermarkets are the best place to find them and also fire stations

I found 6 compasses last night and have 3 on my person.... still there...now I could say same about matches!! I find them so hard to get!! >.<

I've got a compass and on 2.5 so nah they are still here. and i agree with the post above matches are hard to find. You'd think everyone would have them.

I seem to find lots of matches and no compasses since update.

yep me too, i got tons of watches, matches, maps but since the update not a single compass and i look up every supermarket thats near my daily route .... i even found a toolbox which i thought was hard to find :D
