DayzBandito 19 Posted August 16, 2012 So i have been thinking of an idea lately now just image you're a lone Survivor/Bandit traversing the country side. Are you immersed yet? Good!Now let's also say you have a radio when all the sudden *static* Mayday Mayday *static* plane/helicopter going down in grid 084 122 *end transmission*.And then if you are close a plane will crash or something along those lines. You and possibly your friends we all know you don't really have can run to its location or go to try and be a bandit. This could provide good action with good reward.Reason why i thinks it sounds good.*random locations to stop server/hoppers and the such.*good loot spawns*everyone who has a radio will know for some good ol' action*I feel (dont know about others) it will add to immersion and i get in my element when i play dayz man.Thoughts? i figured this would be best implemented in the standalone version. DemonGroover 8836 Posted August 16, 2012 I do like the idea of random events. The more the better. Maybe once per server restart there could be a mayday like you said and a large plane crashes?
