I'm gunna jump out on a limb here and say...

Bandits really aren't going to be your problem for this type of venture. As much as I would love to attack this I believe I would keep away.

Script kiddies are going to be the major problem because as much chaos and confusion a bandit can sow through an event... Scripters can do much more.

This sounds good, but Im interested to see how it pans out. Bandits weapon of choice and mode of operation, Ghillie suits, scoped rifles, and ridgelines. A squad of bandits who have decent aim, ( something thats not really a factor with the simple to use sniper rifles in this mod ) can possibly take out a full patrol from up to 1600meters away, whithout the targets ever hearing a shot, and do it purely to grief and not even go loot bodies. Thats alot of area that a squad like that can overwatch. Then you have to account for the hackers, griefers, and pvp'ers in general. I commend what your trying to do, time will tell if it works though.

I haven't read all the pages about this, but I've noticed that atleast the Freeside guys are usually operating on American servers. So My question is - will this Coalition be active around European servers as well?

I give it a couple days tops before the coalition begins to crumble (if it even gets off the ground) due to mistrust, bandits, murderers, thieves, in-fighting, adrenaline junkies, fear, and double agents. The medics of the wasteland. How many bandits said that would fail? Quite a few, and has it? No. Its one of the most successful and well known groups in all of dayz.

Wow, this is great, count me in and unofficially I'm pretty sure my group will be happy to join up in the "big list"

I'm a member of the Ghost Response Team, and this is pretty much the exact same thing we are trying to work towards, except on a much bigger scale than we thought this community was capable of. (I hate the fact I even had to type that)

I saw a post by some self proclaimed bandit about this, and he was trying to "rally the troops" in the bandit forums.. guess what, it didn't work.

They basically all started posting about being lone wolves and not trusting eachother, see that's the thing.. this is the very reason why we can take control back.. the bandits and outlaws couldn't organize if they wanted to! ;)

I'm right here if you need overwatch, my friends.. it'll be a pleasure to help keep the peace for a change. :)

I was tempted to just edit this into my last post, but I'm pretty sure someone else will be in here in the mean time.

You talk a good talk.. but like you said, double agents..

Think about this for a minute or two.. none of you dirty bandit losers can ever trust each other long enough to discuss teaming up.

Hell, during the talks, some monkey will throw a grenade into the crowd and blow up your leadership.

This group is organized and we have a set goal and we will not allow you to get in the way of other peoples enjoyment of this game.

We will need you.. what would we do without outlaws and bandits? (and psychopaths..)

We will always be there to protect the innocent and there is nothing you pathetic bandits can do to break our resolve.

But have fun trying ;)
