Addressing all the butthurt pricks out there that are saying it's going to be better than dayz. It has been confirmed multiple times by the game devs that you will be able to purchase "gold coins" - the most valuable currency in the game - with real money. You will be able to use "gold coins" to buy weapons, ammo, food, water, armour, and the like.

This will give you an unfair advantage, obviously.

Hammerpoint realizes there is more money in pay to win games than subscriptions or one payment games.

It won't be hackers, it'll be kids running around with the best armour and weapons around that they bought with their mommy's credit card, and it will be worse, because there is no permadeath.

dayZ will be better.

I just watched something about this. Hammerpoint is not letting you use coins for Guns or Ammo, etc. Its mostly going to be for cosmetic type stuff, New Char Models, Clothing, etc. Chill out. Both games can exist simultaneously.
