L115A2 LRR ??

Hello i found in the Barracks the L115A2 LRR it uses .338 Lapua Magnum mags.. It is able to be Zeroed up to 1400

It is a "Hacked" weapon? or just a added weapon with no information in the patch notes about it?

Edit: The scope looks and works like the scope from the AS50

I didnt hear it being added to the mod, but who knows maybe they just didnt mention it.

My guess though is it being hacked, dont pick it up unless you have official word on it.

Side question to OP post. If you kill a person who has a hacked weapon? It's fair game to use that weapon, as you are not the one who scripted/hacked it in correct? I remember seeing Rocket post that somewhere or seeing someone else post it. Thanks!

You can used hacked weapons provided you didn't hack them in themselves, but you can't use them if they are not regular DayZ weapons, these get flagged by the server if they are in your inventory and can lead to a ban

I found the post by Rocket. So, yes someone did say otherwise. Your only at risk by a server ban.
