Ban Help (not appeal)

Hi guys

I have got a global ban from the Day Z servers, not a clue why, haven't done anything, stupid f***** up B.E. Anyway, sent them an appeal message, ignorant b****** decided not to reply (I think). Ban still here.

Assuming they're going to be ignorant and not help me, even though I've done nothing wrong, what do I do about starting again? What do I need to purchase or do differently?

You will need to buy another copy of Operation Arrowhead, launch this new copy of Operation Arrowhead and it will replace your old cd key with the new one.

BattlEye have been reviewing their bans and reversing those that were wrongly assigned. If you still have your ban after a few days then Im guessing you deserve it.

What to do next ?, well if you want to continue playing you will need to purchase a new key, there are quite a few forum threads on this already so I would suggest using the search function. To give you a tip though you will need to remove the old key from the registry.

Im sure some hackers might pop on here to explain in more detail on how they changed their keys.

Any accidental bans due to race conditions will be removed Sam. It usually only takes 3-5 days. If you are still banned after 5 days then....
