How do you play audio clips over voice chat?

There's multiple ways of doing it. I just use MorphVOX Pro. Not a free software (though it does have a trial period) but it works and can be quite funny if you use it right.

I've had about three people I've scared into aborting by following them around certain areas on the map at dusk and playing an occassional creepy sound. It's hilarious.

Just don't abuse it.

I use Virtual Audio Cable: http://software.muzychenko.net/eng/vac.htm , Just set your audio program to output to the virtual cable, and set the input from the virtual cable as your default recording device, I use it in combination with winamp, and winamp remote for my android Phone so i dont have to alt-tab to start music. :)
