Big gun outside of military loot location. Legit?

I've been on a newbie run yesterday night. I salvaged my previous situation and had a run through Cherno and Kozlovka. But I've been reading up about the loot spawns in the place and one of these spawns was labeled "high level" farm, which sounded kinda juicy. Thought I might find a nice weapon. What I DIDN'T expect to find was a L85A2 AWS. It was empty and in a legit loot spawn, a mirrored spawn from the other side of the building.

But that doesn't change that it's in fact a L85A2... in a barn.

Is there a way of determining whether or not it might have been a legal spawn?

Someone probably dropped it there in exchange for something else, which would make it legit.

Barn is a good place to find a crosbow. I often pick up a lot of bolts, while running around with the rifle. I sometimes get fed of my rifle and exchange it for a cb, so I think this is legit, too.

Most likely dropped by a player so legit to pick up, but they dont spawn in Barns, only at Heli sites

Yes, that's what made it suspicious to me. But I decided to keep it. I was able to free the space in my backpack, so why not. It's not like I can do much with it anyway... Plus, in cities, this composite crossbow is working like a charm already.

well good thing is it uses stanag ammo and that shit is VERY common. U can find it in fire houses and military tents.
