looking to start a gang/group

im looking to create a small gang of about 7-10 members that go around and raid camps etc. in dayz. the requirements for the group are:

- no age limit but must be mature

- have a headset so we can communicate easier

- no how to play the game pretty well

-play good as a team

-listen to each others ideas
